Frequently asked questions.

After signing up, you'll go through a quick onboarding flow. Pick a phone number, describe your business, and your AI receptionist is ready in under 2 minutes. You can customize the voice, greeting, and behavior anytime from your dashboard.

Go to Settings > Phone Numbers in your dashboard and select "Port a number." You'll need your current carrier account number and PIN. The porting process typically takes 1-2 weeks, and your number stays active during the transfer.

Navigate to Settings > Team in your dashboard. You can invite team members by email. Once they accept the invite and create an account, they'll have access to calls, messages, and contacts. All plans include unlimited team members.

Go to AI Settings in your dashboard. You can choose from 50+ professional AI voices, adjust speed and tone, or clone your own voice by recording a short sample. Changes take effect immediately on your next call.

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing in your dashboard. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you'll need to cancel through your device's subscription settings. Your account remains active until the end of your billing period.

AI minutes are the time your AI receptionist spends handling calls. Each plan includes a set number of AI minutes per month. Additional minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate. You can monitor your usage in the Billing section of your dashboard.
